How can I save a report as a PDF?

Important Note: Only administrators can enable the printing and saving to PDF function for reports. If you don't see the print icon, you can contact your administrator and share this article to enable printing and saving to PDF. Also, if your report widgets are cut off in the PDF, ask your administrator to add or edit the dividers on the report. 

Administrators and report editors can enable printing and saving to PDF for reports and dashboards. Once enabled, a print icon will appear at the top of your shared reports. 

When clicked, this will open your browser's print dialog. For best printing, select Margins = Minimum. Note that from this dialog you can save as a PDF or print to your printer.
