Customizing an IP3 Report

The new IP3 Reports help provide inspiration and ideas to tell your data story. 

What are IP3 Reports?
IP3 has created several reports that can be used with your unique geographic areas. These reports can be used as-is or customized with your own text, images, and preferred indicators. 

Customizing an IP3 Report
To customize an IP3 Report, you'll need to be an Administrator of your organization's IP3 Assess instance. In the Admin panel, click IP3 Reports. To customize a report, choose the report of interest and click Duplicate. 

A new window will open where you can customize your report. Give it a new name and select an area for your report. Your users will still be able to view the report for any location if you check the Enable Area Select box. If you don't, you can customize the report for a specific location. 

From here, the process works just like any other report you build in Assess. Once you've customized your report, you might want to remove the IP3 Report version from display. You can do this by returning to the IP3 Reports tab in the Admin panel and unchecking the Enable IP3 report option. Now your users will see only the version you customized for them!
